UPDATE: I made a video showing you how to see the Ninja Poster.
The dojo has changed! On November 17th, you can train to be a Ninja!
Also, Lil Suad mentioned these things:
1) Go to town, click the N and a ninja will appear!
2) Wait in the Plaza for 50 seconds and a ninja will appear!
3)Wait in HQ for an amount of time and a message on a screen will appear: We dont even exist!

Oh my gosh! I saw the one in the hq and i didnt even know about that and i freaked out! i called my friend, and i thought it was just so wierd. but, why did it say, we dont even exist? i guess it means ninjas dont really exist on cp then. =(
